Pilates: Mobility and Stability!

 Progressive Pilates Mat Series.

Fridays 7:00-7:50 am.

August 7 – August 28, 2020

4-week mat class meets once a week for $20 ($5/class).

This 4 week series will incorporate traditional mat and equipment Pilates using both mat exercises and the additional use of a chair and a towel to help find the connection between mobility and stability. Never taken Pilates? No worries! The series will start with foundational exercises and build from there.

Recordings of each class will be emailed so you can practice, or if you can’t take the class “live” you will still be able to join in on the fun.

*All you need is a mat, a towel, and a chair. Any dining chair will do, but make sure that you can get close to a 90 degree bend at both your hips and your knees with your feet flat.
